Black Olive and Feta Watermelon Salad
I had been craving this combination for a long long time but because either our watermelons weren’t sweet enough or our meal prep plans did not call for olives or feta (because my husband isn’t a fan of feta, or olives – what what???), I didn’t get to eat it until…today!!!
This is hands down the best combination ever- you get sweet, salty, crunchy, fresh all in one bite. Plus the blend of good protein, fats and fruity fibre is just an added bonus! Whoever said eating healthy means boring or tasteless?
